As Country Manager Germany and Austria, you are responsible to develop the Floorify business in these two countries.
In a first phase, you roll out the commercial strategy with the regional sales agents already in place and you follow up on several existing clients and prospects yourself. Your main clients will be specialized flooring retail and wholesalers (Holzhändler – Fachhändler). You look actively for new customers to convince them to present the Floorify products in their showroom or retail outlet. You can identify new opportunities, you convince them of the Floorify proposition (product, Point of Sale, on-line, service, etc) and get them and their teams started.
As your success in the region grows, you recruit and train new sales talent for the areas that are not yet covered and build a strong local sales team.
You will be supported by your colleagues from the sales, marketing, operations, and the customer care teams.

Are a passionate entrepreneur with exceptional leadership skills as well as the ability to get your hands dirty and build something from the ground up.

Get energy from developing new business partners in Germany - Austria.

Hold a Master's degree and are fluent in German in addition to Dutch or English.

Are fluent in German in addition to Dutch or English.

Have already a proven experience in sales and in developing new markets. Some experience in the Holzhändler/Fachhändler sales channel is a plus.

You have the 'guts' to get things done

You are not easily tongue-tied and you enjoy going out on your own several days a week.
