Can you place a kitchen island or heavy cabinets on a vinyl floor?

We highly recommend positioning heavy objects first (such as in-built cabinets and kitchen islands) and then the floor

Floorify floors are installed floating and must be able to expand and shrink as the temperature changes. Heavy objects such as a kitchen island or large in-built cabinet would block the floor. As a result, an expansion joint of at least 5 mm must always be provided between Floorify and the object. By heavy objects, we mean objects heavier than 1000 kg and/or that exert a load greater than 50 kg/cm².

TIP: with many modern kitchens and in-built cabinets, you can seamlessly finish the floor by playing with the skirting.
