Can you use a different underlay to the Floorify underlay?

With Floorify click floors, it is always mandatory to use an underlay. However, it is possible to use a different underlay. This is possible. However, keep in mind that Floorify underlays have been specially developed to work in perfect harmony with all Floorify rigid vinyl floors. All the performance features we highlight for Floorify rigid vinyl floors—such as thermal resistance, impact resistance, shock absorption, sound insulation, and more—have been tested and measured in combination with these specific Floorify underlays.

What’s more, the Floorify Performance underlay is especially the ideal match for underfloor heating.

If you choose to use a different underlay than the official Floorify underlay and that underlay causes damage to your floor, the extended warranty provided by Floorify will no longer apply.
