The sale always takes place between the distributor (as indicated in the order confirmation or the one you select during checkout) and the end customer.
Commercial Warranty
We, Floorify, offer a commercial warranty on the products sold that is longer than the legally required warranty period. We commit to remedying or replacing any defects or faults that occur within the commercial warranty period, to the best of our ability and within reasonable timeframes, at no additional cost to you. This extended commercial warranty does not affect any statutory rights you may have. Note that these warranty conditions apply if the seller has not established their own warranty conditions.
