I have not received my samples

If you ordered your samples more than 7 working days ago, something must have gone wrong.

We’d be happy to help you. 

What should I do now?

  • Send an e-mail to hello@floorify.com specifying the following:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Chosen sample

  • Track & trace code

You can also go to one of our dealers to see and feel the floor on large sample boards.
